  • Shipping Outside Nairobi: Delivery to other towns typically takes 2-5 business days, with rates based on distance.
  • Special Handling Fees: Larger items, such as bulk tyre orders, may incur additional handling charges, which will be communicated before finalizing your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EAT) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can track your order status directly through our website or by contacting our customer service team.

Local Pickup Option

For customers in Nairobi, we offer a local pickup option. Choose this option at checkout, and you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection at our designated pickup point.
