At RimRight Kenya, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with your product, we offer the following return and refund policy.
1. Returns
You may return a product within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
- The item is not damaged, unless it was received in a damaged condition
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or special-order products
- Products that have been installed or used
- Clearance or sale items
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different size, type, or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are subject to availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items.
